Size Guide

Last Updated: September 24, 2026

Finding the right size makes online shopping easier and far more comfortable. Use the Gran Discover Size Guide to compare your body measurements with our size charts before placing an order.

This guide is designed to help you choose the best fit for dresses, tops, skirts, trousers, jumpsuits, sets, outerwear, and other fashion items available at Gran Discover.

For the most accurate result, measure yourself with a soft measuring tape and compare your measurements with the charts below. Keep in mind that fit may vary slightly depending on the style, fabric, and design of each garment.

1. How to Measure

Before comparing your measurements to the charts, take three key measurements:

  1. Bust / Chest — Measure around the fullest part of your bust or chest, keeping the measuring tape level and horizontal across your back.
  2. Waist — Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, without pulling the tape too tightly.
  3. Hips — Measure around the fullest part of your hips, standing with your feet together.

Measuring Tips:

  1. Always measure over bare skin or very thin clothing for the most accurate reading.
  2. Keep the tape snug but comfortable — it should never dig into your skin.
  3. Stand up straight and breathe normally while taking each measurement.
  4. If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit, or the smaller size for a closer, more fitted silhouette.

Tip: Always check the individual product description before ordering. Some styles may have a different fit, stretch level, or sizing recommendation (for example, relaxed, slim, or oversized cuts).

5. Fit Types Explained

When browsing product pages, you may notice fit descriptors. Here's what they typically mean:

  1. Slim Fit — Cut close to the body with minimal extra fabric. If you prefer room to move, consider sizing up.
  2. Regular Fit — A classic, true-to-size cut designed to follow the body's natural shape without being tight.
  3. Relaxed Fit — Slightly looser through the torso and limbs for everyday comfort. Usually true to size.
  4. Oversized Fit — Intentionally roomy and draped. Designed to look loose — order your normal size for the intended silhouette.

6. Fabric and Stretch Considerations

Different fabrics behave differently once worn:

  1. Stretch fabrics (spandex, elastane blends) conform to your shape and may feel snug at first — they typically relax with wear.
  2. Non-stretch woven fabrics (linen, structured cotton) offer little give, so accuracy in measurement matters most.
  3. Knit fabrics provide natural stretch and are generally more forgiving between sizes.
  4. Lightweight or sheer materials are often designed to skim the body rather than cling.

7. Between Sizes? Quick Guidelines

  1. Between two sizes on the chart? Choose based on where your largest measurement falls.
  2. Ordering fitted bottoms? Prioritize your hip measurement for comfort.
  3. Ordering structured tops or dresses? Prioritize your bust measurement.
  4. Ordering high-waisted styles? Prioritize your waist measurement.
  5. Still unsure? Reach out to our support team before ordering — we're happy to help you pick the right size.
