6. Placing an Order

An order is considered placed when you successfully complete the checkout process and receive an automated order confirmation email. Please note that this confirmation email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of a sales contract. 10. Shipping Coverage

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous (lower 48) United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

11. Processing and Delivery Timeframes

  1. Order processing: 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays)
  2. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment
  3. Total estimated delivery: 4–8 business days from the date of purchase

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by inclement weather, peak holiday seasons, carrier volume, or unforeseen logistical delays.

12. Packaging

All items are carefully inspected, securely wrapped, and placed in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Every order is packaged with care.

Part V — Returns and Refunds

13. Return Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

14. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Pristine, unused condition — no traces of wear, stains, marks, pet hair, or fragrance
  2. All original tags fully attached — hang tags, brand labels, care instruction labels, and price stickers must remain intact and unaltered
  3. Original packaging included — protective bags, tissue paper, poly bags, and branded boxes should accompany the return
  4. No modifications — items must not have been tailored, altered, or otherwise changed
  5. Odor-free — items must not carry scents from try-on sessions in environments with candles, incense, plug-ins, or heavy perfumes

15. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Items that have been worn, laundered, altered, or damaged after delivery
  2. Items with missing, detached, or removed tags
  3. Items with persistent strong odors (fragrance, smoke, cooking, etc.)
  4. Returns initiated beyond the 30-day window

16. Exchanges

We understand that getting the right fit or variant matters. If your item does not meet your expectations, you may exchange it for a different size, color, or variant within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. We will provide a prepaid return label for the original item and ship the replacement at no additional cost.
